About Me
I'm Wayne Carroll, full-time safety expert, part-time traveling nomad, and big-time dreamer. I’ve spent 25 years as a safety professional and risk manager committed to protecting people, property and planet.
At the beginning of Covid-19 pandemic, I moved into my trailer and got on the road to help customers with safety. In the past couple of years, I've put over 100,000 miles on the truck, visited some 17 states, and conducted 100s of visits and trainings. With each client, I do my best to convey that I truly do care about them. Because at the end of the day, I leave and they're left with the knowledge I share, so I do my best to make sure that message comes with care.
I'm a big dreamer. A shoot-for-the-stars-and-get-the-moon kind of guy. The idea for this blog was born from a goal to show that safety doesn't have to be complex or boring. It can be something we do in our work and everyday lives. My hope is that by sharing my experiences and my safety and risk management insights, it will help someone come home safely.
